• The rent is to be paid 15 days before date of arrival by bank transfer .

• Caution money against damage amounting to Euro 500  is to be paid on arrival (this will been returned on departure).

• The price includes linen (changed weekly). 

• Two daily  hours maid service from Monday to Friday (9-11 or 10- 12 a.m.) is available on request.

The swimming pool is open from June through September.
